Glassdoor has announced that SAP UK has been ranked 8thon Glassdoor’s annual ‘Best Places to Work’ list for 2019 – an increase of 39 places from 2018.
Unlike other awards, there is no self-nomination or application process on Glassdoor. Instead, it’s entirely based on the feedback that employees have voluntarily and anonymously shared. To determine the winners of the awards, Glassdoor evaluates all company reviews shared by employees over the past year.
Glassdoor is regarded as the world’s most transparent jobs and recruitment marketplace. Employees can share insights and opinions about their work environments by leaving a company review, which is designed to capture a genuine and authentic look at what it’s like to work at that particular company.
‘’It is such an honour to see SAP UK ranked 8th on Glassdoor annual ‘Best Places to Work’ list 2019,” said Jens Amail, Managing Director UK and Ireland, SAP. “ All comments – positive and negative – are invaluable as they help us to improve, to recruit new talents and to share who we are and what we stand for. We are more committed than ever to become the next best place to work in the UK!’’
Globally, SAP is the only company in the world to be included in all five of the annual Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Best Places to Work 2019 country lists, also making the list in the U.S., Canada and France, as well as receiving a first-place win in Germany. No other company made four lists in 2019 and only three companies made three lists.
