After the success of Infor Inspire Amsterdam in April 2019, we’re delighted to bring Inspire back to Europe on 3 March 2020 at ExCel London. Last year we welcomed 650 customers, partners and prospective customers at the RAI for a day of updates and, we hope, insightful and inspiring sessions. We were very pleased to receive such positive feedback about the day and are keen to welcome even more customers and partners this year for another great event. We listened to your suggestions and we have included more product specific sessions, which we hope will hit the mark.
Here is what makes this event different: The timing.
It’s a pivotal time for Infor as we launch new corporate positioning and double-down on our leadership team’s updated priorities, particularly our Customer First initiatives. But when I talk about timing, I mean the critical game-changing point in the industry’s timeline. All of us in this software industry are on the edge.
Cloud computing has shaken the software world and digital technologies have sent it spiraling. When we add Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Augmented Analytics, Internet of Things and so on, it can be overwhelming. You have difficult decisions to make! How will your enterprise remain relevant, competitive—and do it in a cost-effective manner with minimal disruption?
We’ve got some big ideas, so we’d like to share them, discuss them, explain our strategies, paint a clear picture of where we want to go and how we plan to get there. We’ve invited several customers to join us on stage to help explain their journey and how we’re working together.

We have strong and proven references in our CloudSuites. The markets we serve are increasingly turning to the cloud to automate and improve their most critical functions, decisions, and processes. We are best-positioned to help enterprises experience real productivity improvements.
– Embrace Productivity. Infor’s mission is to build and deliver industry specific solutions that are complete, tailored, and ready for use. We have innovated in how we deliver our projects to make them faster, more agile, and more predictable. We are taking the next big step and moving beyond just delivering solutions. We deliver business outcomes that drive your productivity.
– No Customers Left Behind – We are very proud of our large customer base and we will work with every single customer to understand their issues and opportunities. There is no magic solution that solves every problem. We plan to work to uncover each customer’s individual technology and business challenges and then develop a value-based path to the solution.
– Flexibility. The journey to the Cloud has several roads. Some customers will start on the Edge with our specialised solutions, like Infor Nexus, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Human Capital Management (HCM). Some will start with Birst for analytics. For many, the generational opportunity to move to one of our CloudSuites with ERP at the core will be the optimal answer. We’ll propose solutions, based on customer needs, not our agenda.
